What is your shipping scheme?
We ship in the Philippines nationwide and also internationally. Metro Manila orders (1-3 days) and provincial orders (3-7 days) are shipped through GOGOXPRESS. International orders (10-15 days) are shipped through UPS. When will I receive my pre-order?
For made-to-order pieces, the release date will be communicated to you at the time of purchase. Please allow us 3-4 weeks for careful crafting.
Do you accept returns and exchanges?
Our returns and exchanges policy for clothing is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is unworn and in its original condition. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
